BIMT´s executive team are experienced project managers, entrepreneurs, trainers and technical experts. They work closely with BIMT´s Supervisory Board members who are senior business executives, industry leaders and prominent academic figures from across Europe. This model allows BIMT executives to offer BIMT clients reliable execution of complex and innovative projects and professional services, supported by an experienced Board with strong market insights and broad networks. Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Pavel Ezekiev is Managing Partner of New Europe Venture Equity LP (NEVEQ) and a co-founder of BIMT. NEVEQ is the first and the largest information technology venture capital fund focused on Southeast Europe and funded by the EBRD, US and Swiss institutions and private investors. Mr. Ezekiev has had a long investment banking career with Deutsche Bank in the UK, US and Bulgaria and experience in the public sector as an executive director of InvestBulgaria Agency. He is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston and serves on the boards of several universities and start-up companies in US and Europe.

 

Consulting Manager

Mr. Stefan Minchev has significant consulting and project management experience both in the public and private sector. He led the Investment Services team at Invest Bulgaria Agency, the government authority in charge of private sector investment development. His private sector experience is with Rivas, a think tank consultancy and Neo Investments, an investment banking firm, where he held senior analyst positions and was responsible for business development. He has a Master of Business Administration from the American University in Bulgaria and a Master's degree in International Business Relations.

Mrs. Reni Pavlova  is Joint academic initiatives's project manager. She has long term work experience in teaching with proven training skills.
